Step Three
WE made a decision to turn our life over to the care of God as we understood him.
In step three we find out that depending on self was what had been most of our problem and that when self manifested we did things we would not normally do.Self could only do what it was told and by this time that was drink or drug since this had become the habit that we depended on to feel better about self.Step three is an introduction to God not a relationship if we accept the invent then we could develop a relationship that would make our decision solid and lasting.This would be our first attempt to get closer to God.
